Bend Concrete Repair is operated by Vigilant Works LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. This is a starting template — have it reviewed by counsel before launch.

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, city/area, and a description of your project, submitted via our form or over the phone.
• Call information: if you call our tracking number, we may log the date, time, caller number, and call duration, and — with notice at the start of the call — record the call for quality and training.
• Basic site analytics: privacy-respecting, aggregate usage data. We do not sell this.

How we use and share it

We use your information to connect you with a licensed partner contractor and to follow up about your project. By contacting us, you understand your details may be shared with that contractor so they can reach you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not resell your details to unrelated third parties.

Text messages

If you opt in, we or our partner contractor may text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

We retain lead details and call logs only as long as needed to serve your request and meet legal/recordkeeping obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@bendconcreterepair.com.
